Raleigh, NC -- Fast growing software developer Excel4apps, which creates time-saving software that allows Oracle users to interface seamlessly with Excel for report generation and distribution, has entered into a reseller agreement with Mexico City-based Quadrantix for GL Wand in Mexico, South America and other Spanish-speaking markets. According to Chris Meyer, Managing Director for the Americas, Excel4apps continues to grow rapidly and finding a partner to help respond to inquiries from Spanish speaking customers has proven important as Oracle users in Mexico and South America find Excel4apps’ software both well priced and appropriate to their needs.
“Quadrantix has an established track record working with companies that use Oracle Financials, and we have been mutually on each other’s radar for a while. Quadrantix has existing customers who want the reporting capabilities of GL Wand and we have prospects that Quandrantix can serve because of their Spanish language expertise,” Meyer says. Jose Flores, lead partner for Quadrantix, says his firm sees GL Wand as a great product for their current customer base, and they are excited to respond to the inquiries and leads that Excel4apps provides from Spanish-speaking entities.
“We see a very large market for GL Wand, both within our key Mexico City area, as well as in industrialized parts of Mexico, such as Monterrey, where most businesses rely on Oracle. Businesses in Brazil, Peru and South American markets are also emerging as strongly loyal Oracle users who want to reduce costs and improve efficiencies in reporting,” Flores says.
The price point for GL Wand is one of its strongest sales points. Not only is it inexpensive to license and easy to install, but training takes as little as two hours. Quadrantix has already created Spanish language webinar materials and will manage customer demos and product evaluations with Spanish speaking customers. Quadrantix has always focused on serving a customer base of Oracle users. Starting with database module support, the company moved in to both development and more broad-based support for end users. The company’s main office is in Mexico City. They also have an office in Monterrey, Mexico, as well as in San Jose, California.
“We understand the challenges our customers are facing, and we also understand the value GL Wand brings to their processes,” Flores says.
